Transaction Central Reduces Paperwork, Boosts Productivity for Smaller Brokers

ST. LOUIS, MO, August 29, 2002 -- Between filling out contracts, sales and listing forms, keeping track of contacts and maintaining the appointment book, real estate agents often spend far less time selling homes than they do juggling paperwork. But Transaction Central, a new service from DatixRES, is changing the way real estate agents spend their time.

A Web-based solution tailored to residential brokerages with under a hundred agents, Transaction Central is hosted on DatixRES's secure servers and allows brokers to easily customize all forms and contracts used by their agents. The system includes calendar, contact management and e-mail modules, eliminating the need for outside e-mail programs or time management software. All installation and set-up is done by DatixRES, and the system is fully customizable with the brokerage's logo and colors.

All information entered by a brokerage is stored at DatixRES's secure data center.
