While not the first service of its kind, Datix Real Estate Solutions expects that InSite will attract realtors with its affordability and features.

"The features available on InSite have never been available in one package at such a low price," said InSite developer Bryan Sapot. "We also don't charge fees for variables, such as the number of pages or photos on a site, which is different from a lot of our competitors."

Sapot expects that InSite's low price and features will draw business away from competitors, but he also sees its user-friendly software as a significant selling point for realtors who have shied away from having a personal Web site in the past.

"Some other Web site services have confusing software or you have to submit updates and wait a day or more for a Web developer to make changes to your site," said Sapot. "Our goal in developing InSite was to make the process of creating and maintaining a site easy, with immediate results for the realtors."

Using a template format, InSite provides realtors with a simple, fill-in-the-blank method for creating customized Web sites.

Realtors can showcase their clients' properties by adding unlimited pages and unlimited photos to their Web sites. Along with a general home page, realtors can use InSite's templates to create separate pages for both buyers and sellers. Buyer and seller pages include reply forms, where interested parties may contact the realtor.

While using their Web sites to market properties, realtors can also use InSite's lead tracking system, catchall E-mail account, calendar, and site statistics to more easily manage their business.
