Our web team will integrate your current web site look and feel. Our design team can also upgrade the look and layout of your site.
Email boxes provided to all the agents, they can access their email via Outlook, Outlook Express or the web. The system also allows for email forwarding. Includes 250 MB of storage per user.
SPAM and Virus Filtering
All email accounts include state-of-art SPAM and virus filtering.
Agent and Office Manager
Allow addition and removal offices and agents.
Lead Management
This site wide lead manager allows an administrator to view, track and assign all incoming leads from your web site. Once the lead is assigned the agent is sent a email notifying them of the new lead. This lead also appears in the agents lead manager. Each lead has a detail page that includes the users saved searches, favorite listings and search statistics.
Content Manager
The content manager allows an administrator to edit the content on the web site.
Drip Marketing Manager
Drip Marketing Manager allows a user to develop automated email marketing programs. When users register for anything on the web site the program starts and sends them an email once a week for however many weeks you define. The emails include the contact information of the agent assigned to the user or if no agent has been assigned, the company’s general contact information.
Secure FTP Access
The site administrator has access to all pages and content on the server via secure ftp. This allows him/her to upload new files, images, forms or any other documents.
Saved Searches
Allow users to save their searches and run them again at a later time. Users must register for this service by entering their name, email address and choosing a password. Once a search is saved users receive daily updates from the Home Finder program described below.
Favorite Listings
Users may save listings they like to share with friends or refer to at a later time. Registration is required to saving listings.

Hourly updates from MLS
The listing database is updated every hour from the MLS. This ensures the customer only views the most up to date data.
Virtual Tours
Virtual tours are added to the site automatically by the MLS update program.
Flyers
Flyers are a printable version of the property detail page.
A search of open houses for the upcoming weekend, this is loaded from the MLS. The times of the open houses can also be added to properties on the regular listing search.
Home Finder
A system to send new and updated properties to clients based on saved searches via email. The update system includes the ability to generate full HTML emails with embedded pictures. The customers could opt to receive HTML or regular text email when they sign up for the service. Home finder integrates with the Lead Manager to reset users passwords and block certain people from accessing the system.
Suggested Properties
Our system tracks each property that a user views using these statistics we can present the user with other properties they may like.
Compare Properties
The user has the ability to compare listings they have saved side by side.
Track Search Statistics
Record and analyze each search as they occur on the site. The reports show you what types of properties people are most interested in.
Track Click Path
Track the path the users take through the site. This allows you to answer questions like: Do users come to the home page and immediately perform a property search? Or do they look around for an agent or information about buying a home.
Track Property View by User
Track which properties a certain registered user is most interested in. This information is listed in the users contact record in the Lead Manager.
Change the content on the web site to increase search engine ranking on certain key words.
Capture leads from the web site by placing the following forms on the site:
- Request a showing
- Request more information
- Contact an agent
- Contact Agent Name
- Save listing
- Save search
These leads populate the Lead Manager described in section 2.3. They are assigned in the following way: If a user requests more information or a showing on a listing the lead is assigned to the listing agent. If a user requests more information on a property listed by another company the lead goes to the broker. This lead may be assigned to an agent using the Lead Manager.
Leads are routed in the following manner:
- Contact on a property not listed by your company
- The lead is sent to the main brokerage account where it can be assigned later
- Contact on a property listed by your company
- The lead is sent to the listing agent
- Contact on any property where the user has been assigned to an agent
- The lead is sent to the assigned agent.
The system has the ability to notify the listing agent via email when a property has been viewed. For example if Bob registers on the site and views Jane Smiths listing, Jane is sent and email stating that Bob has viewed your property.
This only applies to registered users who have not been assigned to an agent. If this user has been assigned to an agent the assigned agent is sent all notifications.
All properties have a dedicated web address in the format [mls number].your-company.com. For example 12345.realestate.com would send to you the property detail page for 12345.
A list of all offices and their agents, including all contact information, these lists can be automatically populated from the MLS or updated using the Site Administrator.
The agent web sites will include many of the same features as the broker site. Except the agents can add and edit content on their site. Each site will have its own domain name in the following format http://www.agent-name.your-company.com/.

The agents have the ability to choose from over 20 different web site templates. During the setup process the broker may choose to have templates developed specifically for their agents to use.

Training
Online training and documentation are included with the site. On site training is available for $1,500 per day plus travel expenses.

Support is provided to one designated support person in each office.
